Extracurricular Programs

Students can choose from a wide array of after school and weekend activities that
help develop self-esteem, cognitive, creative and psychomotor skills. And, they
have a lot of fun!

Programs include:

After School Enrichment

  • Each six-week co-curricular session offers children a selection of structured leisure activities and classes.
  • Activities include athletic events, arts and crafts, fine arts, cooking and outdoor adventures.
  • Many activities take place at the school, and others occur off campus for
    mainstream experiences.
  • Activities are held every afternoon immediately following school and conclude at
6:00 p.m. each day, which offers a quality after-care option for working parents.

Scouting

Boy Scout and Girl Scout programs meet after school.

Athletics

Children have the opportunity to play a variety of organized sports through the local YMCA and Catholic Youth Council (CYC). In most cases, they play on teams with hearing children. Students interested in individual sports can play golf, tennis, swim, and skate or snow ski.
