The goal of St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf is to assist children to function in a mainstream society,  therefore we offer consultation services to school districts and other educational institutions.

Consultation services include observation of classes with a written report, staff in-services, and ongoing support. For those schools desiring support for transitioning children from a self-contained classroom to a mainstream setting St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf offers a menu of support services.
