The Early Childhood Center offers all children ages 4-6 a vibrant, language-based learning program aimed at developing the whole child. The core mission of St. Joseph Institute is to serve the needs of children
with hearing loss, however our Early Childhood Center
offers programming with unique benefits to
hearing
children as well.
Students in the Early Childhood Center enjoy a program that develops their vocabulary, cognitive abilities and social skills through the guidance of some of the top experts in language-based learning. They learn preschool standards alongside students
with hearing loss, which enhances their appreciation of differences and a diversity of friendships. Students “graduate” from the Early Childhood Center with rich language skills, ready for success in school. They also leave with memories of caring teachers, amazing field trips, good friends, and a warm, active classroom environment.
